This 242 acre Thoroughbred horse farm includes three barns with a total of 52 stalls. Key design features for each of the barns include low maintenance, highly durable materials, extensive natural light via skylights along the aisle, and excellent natural ventilation. Along with placement of roads, barns, houses, pond, paddocks, and maintenance and storage facilities, the master planning included the design of the owner’s house, a guest house, a foaling barn, and two barns to be used for mares with foals, weanlings, and older horses.
