This private stable with attached indoor riding arena is located on the grounds of the owner’s residence. The stable includes ten stalls, a wash stall, tack room, hay, bedding and feed area and a comfortable lounge. The lounge includes a small kitchen and seating area and overlooks the indoor riding ring. A feature that is well used in Alabama’s warm climate is the expansive overhead glass doors in the arena; these are effectively movable walls that allow fresh air into the riding area when open, while still affording lots of natural light even when closed.
